Golf Company 2-7 Vietnam Veterans Association (Golf 2-7 V V A) is a 501c (19) non-profit
veterans group consisting of members of the United States military who served honorably with
Golf Company during its deployment to Vietnam from 1965 through 1970. Golf 2-7 V V A is a
very close group of combat brothers who gather to remember and reconnect its members past
and present. Golf 2-7 V V A is presently undertaking a monument project in honor of fellow
Marines and Corpsmen who served with Golf Company during its deployment to Vietnam from
August 1965 to October 1970.
Golf 2-7 V V A members decided to take on a monument project "IN HONOR OF OUR FELLOW MARINES FROM GOLF COMPANY." Golf 2-7 V V A members thank you for your contributions which will help us obtain the monument construction goal and have this monument placed at the new National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia in its Semper Fidelis Park for all past, present and future Marines and families to see.
At this year's reunion, one of Golf Company's CO's Robert (Bob) O'Neill announced that he wanted to make a significant stock contribution. Bob's contribution brought the Golf Monument project's funds closer to the monument funding needed. In addition to the other significant contributions during this year's reunion, coupled with some commitments for contributions later this year, it was decided to begin construction of the Golf 2-7 Monument and to hold our next reunion in the Washington DC area for its dedication at the National Museum of the Marine Corps.

Golf 2-7 V V A is a registered non-profit organization. Any contribution in excess of $250 will receive an acknowledgement letter on company letterhead as required by IRA policies.
